So…imagine, for a second, the end-game. The goal of your desires. Conceptualize that which you strive to achieve. Think of how it feels to work on your body. To work out. To stress your muscles and to stress your mind. Think about the sensations you feel when you begin to sweat…when you begin to challenge yourself…change yourself. Whether it’s at the gym or at home…whether it’s cardio or strength training or stretching…whether you’re alone or not…think about allll the different ways you’ve worked out and all the different ways you’ve seen others do so…all the different ways waiting for you in the future…think about every single exercise you’ve ever been interested in.

Really feel it, sweetea. Feel the sweat. The exertion. The effort invested. Hear it.
